Purpose
This article explains how to publish your funnel and test the full booking and automation flow.
Scope
Part of the 5-day onboarding series. Applies to funnels with discovery call calendars and automation workflows already configured.
Preconditions
Funnel pages created
Automations published
Calendar and email connected
Step 1: Publish the Funnel
Go to Web Pages
Open your funnel
Click Settings
Funnel Settings
Funnel Name: Set a clear name
Path: Set a meaningful path (e.g.,
/1on1)Domain: Select your domain
Favicon
Open Media Storage in a new tab
Locate your square logo
Click Get Link
Paste the link into the Favicon URL field
Save the funnel
Step 2: Test the Discovery Call Flow
Testing the discovery call avoids processing payments.
Open your funnel URL
(Domain + funnel path)Click a CTA leading to the discovery call page
Select a time slot and book an appointment
Use an alternative email address for testing
Step 3: Verify Results
Confirm the following:
An opportunity appears in the correct pipeline stage
A confirmation email is received
The appointment appears in your connected calendar
Email contains:
Contact name
Appointment time
Meeting link
If all checks pass, the system is working correctly:
Website access confirmed
Email and calendar integrations active
Automations firing as expected
Troubleshooting
If any part of the funnel does not behave as expected:
Or book a support call using the link provided in your welcome emails
