Purpose
To connect Stripe, create a paid product, and integrate calendars and payments into a funnel.
Scope
This article covers payment setup, product creation, pricing, and funnel configuration.

Connecting Stripe
1. Navigate to Integrations
Go to Products & Payments
Click Integrations
Select Stripe
Click Connect
2. Authorise Stripe
Ensure you are logged into Stripe in the same browser
Click Connect with Stripe
Authorise the connection
Result
Payments, products, and subscriptions sync automatically with Stripe
Creating the Product
1. Create a New Product
Go to Products
Click Create a Product
Disable Include in Online Store
Enter:
Product title
Description
Collection: Default
Review tax settings (adjust if needed)
2. Set Pricing
One-Time Payment
Optional upfront price
Can be left empty if not offered
Payment Plan
Add a new price
Select Recurring
Enter price (e.g. £449)
Set billing period to Monthly
Set number of payments (e.g. 3)
Leave “Compare at price” empty
3. Finalise Product
Add a Product Handle
Click Save
Adding Calendars and Products to the Funnel
1. Insert Discovery Call Calendar
Go to Websites
Open your funnel
Insert the discovery call calendar on the appropriate page
Set action to Next Step
Save
2. Insert Service Calendar
Repeat the same steps for the paid service calendar
3. Enable the Product
Open the Checkout Page
Click Products
Add the product
Select all applicable pricing options
Save (do not publish yet)
Verification
Stripe is connected successfully
Product and pricing appear in the checkout page preview
Calendars load correctly inside the funnel
Troubleshooting
If payments fail, confirm Stripe authorisation
If product does not appear, verify it is added to the checkout page
